Truly Rich Recommendations: Kindermusik with Teacher Suzette and Friends Summer 2013 Programs

Hello, everyone! 🙂

Just a quick announcement on this fine Sunday morning, before hubby and the kids wake up: Kindermusik with Teacher Suzette and Friends, the Kindermusik program where my kids are blessed to be enrolled in, has some great news! 🙂 Teacher Suzette is offering an early bird discount for all her summer programs! (Details below.)

NEW! Digital Home Materials for Kindermusik Summer Modules

According to Teacher Suzette, Kindermusik shall now be doing digital home materials for the summer (except for the Young Child class, which is for kids 5 to 7 years old). These come in four weeks (a unit in April and another unit in May).

The fee is much lower than before, a great deal for families — it is only Php3180 inclusive of food for Our Time (kids aged 1.6 to 3 years old) and Php4380 for Imagine That! (kids aged 3 to 5 years old). The fee includes both food and arts and crafts every week!

Our Time/Wiggle and Grow (for 1.6 to 3 years old) will be conducted for 60 minutes while Imagine That!/Laugh and Learn will be taught for 90 minutes (3 to 5 years old).

Early Bird Discount and Flexible Payments

Families will get an early bird discount if they enroll a month ahead of time. If families enroll in both April and May, they will get the early bird discount, too.

Exciting Additional Summer Offerings

Aside from the regular Kindermusik programs, Teacher Suzette is also offering the following summer programs:

LITTLE CHEFS MANDARIN PROGRAM

(for children 2 to 10 years old)

Let your children learn simple, fun recipes in Mandarin! This course includes a uniform, ingredients and basic table-setting training.

Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays

Time slots: 10 to 11 a.m. (2 to 4 years old)

11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (4 to 6 years old)

1:30 to 2:30 p.m. (7 to 10 years old)

First Session: April 1 to April 26, 2013

Second Session: May 6 to May 31, 2013

I was so thrilled to read this message on Facebook earlier, from Teacher Suzette Yu-Kho of ! 🙂

Great news to all our families! Starting this November, each child enrolled receives a FREE ACCIDENT INSURANCE PLAN from Metrobank, AXA amounting to Php45,000 per year 🙂 Your child will also receive assistance from Metrobank for illness. This plan applies wherever your child goes–in class, at home, on vacation. It is another way for us to show our love for you, KM families!

Personally, we are SO BLESSED to be part of the Kindermusik with Teacher Suzette and Friends community! 🙂 In fact, it forms the core of our music “curriculum” in our homeschool! 🙂 Even if the studio is a rather long jeepney-then-tricycle ride away from our place, we still love going! 🙂 (I’m trying to avoid using the taxi all the time, haha!)

I highly recommend that you guys try observing, or maybe even attending a trial Kindermusik class, with Teacher Suzette! 🙂 You can enroll for the Winter Semester (starting November) as early as now, too! 🙂 You won’t regret it, promise!

Sharing the Joy of Kindermusik: Another Amazing Grace Giveaway!

If you’re a regular reader of this blog (and I do hope you are, teehee! *blushes*), or follow me on and/or (please do! *winks*), you’d know that we have recently been blessed to be part of the Kindermusik with Teacher Suzette and Friends family.

Although Teacher Suzette became one of my blog partners earlier this year, we had already been privileged to be attending Kindermusik under her program since last year. I wrote about how that happened, despite our current financial situation, here (we’re still slowly laying our financial foundation, by the way). 🙂

I cannot even begin to tell you how much our kids enjoy Kindermusik! Little Therese calls it her “school,” (aside from our homeschool) and is always excited whenever I tell her we’ll be going to class. Tim is pretty much the same, too.

To be honest, I’d never heard of a stir xylophone nor a dulcimer before we joined Kindermusik! LOL!

We’ve enjoyed singing the songs we learn at Kindermusik at home and when we’re out and about — even during our surprise family outing last summer, while we were swimming in the pool and exploring (only for a short time, though) the beach! 🙂

Truly Rich Recommendations: Kindermusik with Teacher Suzette’s Year Round Classes! :)

You all have probably read why we love Kindermusik with Teacher Suzette. We love the classes and the teachers so much that we go all the way to Capitol Hills to attend them, even when we were still based in Cainta, and even now that we live in Cubao! (Even if there are now Kindermusik class venues much closer to our home.)

The kids will be graduating from the Summer Program this Saturday and we are thrilled! (We just need to figure out where to get the money for their tuition fee though, but I know God will provide! He always does! LOL! I have been able to save part of the amount though, praise God!)

Here’s a peek at what the kids have been doing the past Saturdays of summer: (though we missed two sessions)

She’s Tim’s teacher for the summer and for the upcoming school year. 🙂

What I love about is that she is a super kind soul, who considers Kindermusik more of an advocacy or a mission, rather than a business. I can see, during classes, how caring and concerned she is towards the families that attend her classes. She never fails to text us to remind us about classes and things we need to bring and the like. 🙂

Also, from what I can see, and what I have gleaned from our conversations, and — most recently — what I have read, she is also a hands-on parent. Because of this, I believe that she wants the best for ALL kids out there, and wants to meet families’ needs, not just through a meaningful Kindermusik experience. 🙂 Hence, the holding of year-round programs for different “areas” / subject matter. 🙂
