I first wrote about BC Bloggers here, with my latest post about it here. I’m writing this post now because I received an email from Paula of BC Bloggers, part of which reads thus:

Last call for BC Bloggers Participants! If you haven’t signed up or forgot to now is the time to do it. Don’t forget to share in your Facebook page and your blogs so that others will join as well. Remember your blog will benefit more if we have more participants. Those who have alread signed up will be hearing from me by next week.

I actually remember signing up last year, but I don’t know if I “made the cut,” so to speak. So, just in case, I am blogging about BC Bloggers again now. 🙂 (Playing safe, haha!) I have a “deeper” reason for doing so, of course! 🙂

I really believe that my blog’s current page rank is largely due to the help of BC Bloggers, along with my writing gigs elsewhere on (and off!) the Net. 🙂 For all of these, I thank God and all the people who’ve helped me make this blog the way it is now. I hope and pray things will just get better from here onwards, all for God’s greater glory, of course! 🙂 (And to help our missionary family, of course, as this blog has been a great blessing for us, so far, in so, so many ways!)

As a relatively newbie mom blogger, I’ve always been uber grateful for other mom bloggers who are more experienced than I am, especially those whom I have personally come to know online. I’m also amazed by how their blogs have grown and touched the lives of other people, perhaps even without the mom bloggers realizing it! 🙂

So, in relation to my recent decision to always be grateful, I’d like to say “THANK YOU” to these fabulous mom bloggers for their help, support, inspiration and friendship-brought-about-by-a-common-love-for-breastfeeding-blogging-babywearing-and-other-things-mommy-related by promoting their current blog giveaways here! 😉

Here we go:

Martine of Dainty Mom has become one of my good online {and offline!} mom-friends. We used to chat a lot online and she is always someone I can go to for anything – whether mommy-related or blog-related! 🙂 We have a lot of things in common, one of which is our love for the Lord and our families. I’m especially grateful to her for her helpful comments and suggestions on how to improve this little blog of mine! 🙂

I stumbled upon Jenny’s Chronicles of A Nursing Mom blog when we were still on mission in Timor Leste. I was researching about breastfeeding, particularly nursing wear, at that time and found this post written by her. I’ve been a fan ever since and love how helpful and informative her blog is, especially for breastfeeding moms like me. I also credit Jenny and Mec of Mec as Mom, who are behind the Milk Mama Diaries Carnival, for indirectly helping build up this blog. 🙂 Most of all though, I thank Jenny for always being so nice and accommodating, especially when it’s breastfeeding, babywearing and everything-else-attachment parenting-related! 🙂

Jenny and Mi’ann of Babymama are currently having a giveaway for the FREE use of an Ameda Elite pump for one year, especially for working and pumping moms to use in their office. Frances of Topaz Mommy is another mom blogger to whom I am grateful. We’re not that close, but we do actually have quite a few things in common – we both love God, our husbands and babies, breastfeeding and Jay, my youngest brother, who also happens to work with Frances for OK! magazine. 🙂 I’m not as fashionable as she is but I love, love, love browsing through her blog! 🙂 I also love how honest and open and frank she is (OK, are those redundant terms?! Sorry! LOL!), especially with her posts on motherhood, being a wife and being a Christian. 🙂

Marriage and Beyond’s 4th Blog Anniversary Giveaway!

I first “met” Jennie, the mom blogger behind “Marriage and Beyond,” through her other blog about homeschooling (she has several – gosh, she must be really good at managing her time! Must get tips from her! haha!). She was very friendly and helpful especially about my questions about homeschooling in the Philippines, and even about working at home.

Admittedly, her blogs are more sikat (famous) than mine and she and her pastor-husband Jeff have been blogging for much longer than I have (check out their list of blogs here!), so she really knows what she’s doing.

Truly Rich Recommendations: Manila Fashion Observer’s Breast Pump Giveaway

Remember my “desperate” plea for help to win a breast pump for Rysse?

Well, I didn’t win that giveaway from BabyMama. I actually joined twice, the first was hosted by Manila Fashion Observer or MFO and BabyMama (check out the entries to both contests on Babymama’s Facebook page and ). However, someone generously gave me a pump (read about it in the post-script of my blog post here) – an unexpected blessing from the Lord! 😉

Both giveaways were a great way to promote breastfeeding though, and the winners of both contests were actually my friends and fellow missionary moms 😉 So it was a triple blessing for all of us!

How much time do I spend on Facebook?!

TOO.MUCH.

`Nuff said. Haaay.

Seriously, I do. I think back now to all those sleepless nights I had trying to meet deadlines and the days when I was tired and grouchy and snappy at my kids and hubby, and I think to myself..

“If only I hadn’t spent so much time updating myself on other people’s lives, or commenting on so-and-so’s status, or checking out this person’s photos, etc etc.. Then I wouldn’t have had to cram so many assignments!”

Can you relate to me? hehe. I bet you can! hehehe.

If you CAN’T, well.. GOOD FOR YOU! I admire your self-control and will power. Hahaha.

If only we could make money from using Facebook, right?! hehehe. Anyone out there know the secret to doing this?! 🙂

It’s been a hectic week and an even more hectic one is coming up, since we are in the final editing and layout stage of . But I couldn’t help writing this post for BC Bloggers! hehe (YES, I am almost as addicted to blogging as I am to FB! *blushes*)

P.S. Can I just say this? I hope SCOTTY wins this season of American Idol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hehehehe. Wala lang.
