My blog post title above is my lame way of using Filipino to promote this latest Amazing Grace giveaway — just in time for the Philippine Independence Day, which we’re celebrating today! LOL! 🙂
Masaya kung may SaYa! roughly translates to “It’s much happier with SaYa!” (Sorry if I didn’t do justice in the translation — blame it on my not having any formal education in Filipino, LOL! Don’t get me wrong though, I LOVE my country and I love being Filipino!)
Anyway, SaYa here refers to the brainchild of fabulous mompreneur-extraordinaire aka “glam guru” aka BabyCenter Philippines expert panelist aka co-founder aka fellow pro-life-loves-to-be-Catholic-mom (whew! Can anyone say “supermom”?!)— i.e. the SaYa Baby Carrier! If you’re into babywearing, especially in the Philippines, you’ve probably heard of it, or maybe even own one yourself! 🙂
Check out Buding in action below, with her adorable 2.6 year old in her SaYa: (Photo taken from )
I am an avid babywearer myself and although I don’t own my own SaYa, mainly because I already have a Maya wrap (a gift from friends!), a Next 9 pouch and a Bailey Wrap (which I lent to my sister), I still would like to try using one (for the next baby, perhaps?! Hmmm…)
If you want to know more about the SaYa, check out the brief slideshow below:
A Saya Sling for Every Sanggol
Anyway, for those of you out there who are feeling blessed and want to try winning their own SaYa, NOW’S YOUR CHANCE! 🙂 (Again, it’s a pity I am NOT allowed to join my own giveaways! *sniff *sniff). Here’s a photo of the exact SaYa carrier Buding is so generously giving away:
Buding’s description: Printed Teal in SSK (Semi-stretch Knit). It comes in S-XL and so we will have to determine the winner’s size after we’ve chosen one. 🙂 |
