I first “met” Jennie, the mom blogger behind “Marriage and Beyond,” through her other blog about homeschooling (she has several – gosh, she must be really good at managing her time! Must get tips from her! haha!). She was very friendly and helpful especially about my questions about homeschooling in the Philippines, and even about working at home.
Admittedly, her blogs are more sikat (famous) than mine and she and her pastor-husband Jeff have been blogging for much longer than I have (check out their list of blogs here!), so she really knows what she’s doing.
Anyway, Marriage and Beyond is celebrating its 4th anniversary this month with a giveaway, and I thought I might have a go at joining! Who knows, God may want to bless our family through this giveaway! Here are the prizes at stake:
First Prize – Christian Books, DVD and Spanking Rod Package
Read Jennie and Jeff’s thoughts and guidelines on spanking here. Note: We occasionally spank our kids too, but I think we’re doing it the wrong way somehow. We’re still focusing more on more positive forms of discipline though, those that don’t entail physical pain/methods. |
2nd Prize – A Whole Line of Neutrogena Fine Fairness Gift Pack worth P2,200+
I’m not really into beauty products, as you may already know from my makeover post, but it wouldn’t hurt to try these out if I won right?! 😉 |
3rd Prize – $50.00 in the winner’s PayPal account
I’d LOVE to get additional cash in my PayPal account! (Errr.. hubby’s PayPal account! I don’t have my own coz I thought it’d be easier for him to get one, since he’s the only one with a credit card! Haha!) |
4th Prize – Sennheiser MX 400 Powerful Bass-Driven Stereo Sound Earphones
If I were to win these, I’d probably give them to my dearest hubby, who’s been wanting to get a good set of earphones for the longest time! 😉 |
Want to have a chance at winning these fab prizes too? Head over to Marriage and Beyond now! 🙂 Thanks too to the blog giveaway sponsors Life as Experienced Daily and Church in Makati. (Note: My blog is very Catholic, but it doesn’t mean that I don’t believe in ecumenism. 🙂 Just saying. 🙂
